The incident took place on Westland Street when an officer, while on routine patrol, attempted to stop a grey four-door Honda Accord with Florida plates at the intersection with Barbour Street. The released video shows the intense exchange of gunfire that followed. Investigators from the Office of the Inspector General are looking into the circumstances surrounding this incident.
